It's already been I don't know, maybe 3 days now since the update and I still have the same FUCKING bug in the app!!! Every time you guys decided to update the app, it always messing up the Library, all my books have been labeled unread and with a blank,grey cover and when you open it, it says error or failed sync to server check your connections bullshit, I have a good connection and the only thing messed up is you FUCKING APP!!! You changed the way people get daily SS, changed the amount of SS to get in daily as well, while you can't even fix this FUCKIN BUG on your app!!! And you guys wanted us to use it instead of going for the website to have the daily. Shish !!!!

Agreed. Personally, I gave up on communicating with anyone from this app. Spent irl money on novels but after updates they get reset and I have to pay again?? Sent dozens of emails and no answer. They are dead. Just gonna stick with the free ss and give up the app after I’m done with my fav novels. Best wishes on your end.
Lost all book marks and ALL UNLOCKED CHAPTERS! This means I just Lost several hundred dollars in bought stone plus the ones "earned".

for one account , cost ss to unlock a chapter, just once.
The user unlocks the chapter through ss, and reading the same chapter again will not be charged again. The behavior of this ss unlocking chapter is recorded on our server.

ReachZhaiTW all my books are there in the Library but they're all Grayed out and once I clicked/tap on it, it shows error , I dont know what is wrong with your app but I have no problems with webnovel when I go and open it on a browser so that means the app itself is a mess, im trying to take screenshots and send it to your email, problem is I keep receiving copyright protection on my screen whenever I take the screen shots, gonna try taking screenshots on another phone while my other phone opens your app
