For authors out there, how do you deal with a spammer that leaves multiple reviews that lowers your work's star ratings?

Damoves Annoying right? I experienced the same.
I was told to report them to Cktalon or Sunny but never got mine resolved.
So I don't know if there's another way around.
Report them on the profile interface as well.

Try everything. (id spammer) report xD. Flag as (spam or something like that)(for review) . Lol it is only 2
Never deal face to face with them cause did u really thing to much 10 minute spammer ruin your hardwork 10 hours. Except they hit bottom line such as race and religion. If they hit that kill em all
