Still staring at all these lost opportunities,maybe I'll have to go some were else to read.

For the record, I would gladly continue to pay $25 a month for full access - I will pay $0 for the current model. There is no chance that I am going to pay $100+ for one novel. Maybe you've duped your native audience into paying idiotic prices, but if you want to penetrate an established market you need to be competitive. Right now, you're nowhere near.
