When I press done to correct my stuff, it only shows me how many errors but doesn’t correct them or anything.
It leads me to a three option monthly subscription plans to choose from? I thought it was free?
Or is it that only on the App it’s free? Should I get the app then?
Do you guys use it or use a alternative to grammarly?
I don't use Grammarly so I can't answer your questions regarding it but I have heard other authors on here saying that it is good enough for small grammatical errors such as verb usage etc.
On the other hand, I don't think it will change the sentence structures for better alternatives.
For a writer, whose words doesn't evoke the feelings in the readers or helps them connect with the characters, Grammarly won't be of much use. 
(Don't think am pointing fingers at you or anyone else, am just saying it as it is)

it not auto correction but only show the error and correction suggestion. it need to manually click on the correction.

Grammarly is for spell checking and filtering the obvious errors. If you're a new writer and English isn't your first language, use it so it can be your mini-English teacher. You can't use it to replace a real proofreader or an editor though. A free version is enough if you're not writing to make a living.
There are more features in the premium version, but it isn't that worth it. If you want an app that can evaluate your sentence structures, try Hemmingway Editor or ProWritingAid. Again, these apps can't replace human editors.

Isn't google doc the same as Microsoft word? What's the difference? I don't get what your trying to say lol

All I know is that, goggle doc correct mistakes more than grammarlly.
