Suppose someone drops $50 to buy the priveleges for their favourite novel. They proceed to buy all of the stockpiled chapters, and are up to date with the translator. This continues up until their month of privelege is done... What next?

Is the disposable income of those sub 18 enough to warrant spending $600 a year? No.
The reason why companies price their products so low is to target a larger percentage of their demographic, but you guys prefer to target the upper, upper .01%

the.majority of free apps that exist get their money from a small circle of whales that they manage to lure in. how greedy the app is tends.to determine how fast they anger their lured whales and lose their money base.
Apps make.money by hooking a person on some fun thing, then slowly making it harder to get that fun thing without spending money. Finally at some point you hit a wall of spend money or no fun. We novel has updated themselves and lessened free SS.while increasing prices.
I went.looking and found some apps that have most.of the stories I like. I only read.one novel on webnovel nowadays.
Money wise they are a trap do the math
400 ss for 5 pages that's 80 ss per page
500 ss for 15 pages is 33.33 ss per page
1000 ss for 25 pages is 40 ss per page
1500 ss for 35ages is 42.86 ss per page
2500 ss for 50 pages is 50 ss per page
Considering some of these are only 8 to 15 ss per page normally that's a loss
With one thing you are wrong:
That 50 chaps extra is only one time. Only once when you buy it. Than you have 50 chaps extra and after that the normal daily release.
After one month it expires and than you can buy it again but that only let you read the 50 chaps you already read and unlocked again.

Privilege scheme is a scam. Here's an analogy. You go to a restaurant and there's a long queue. The owner suggests you pay $100 to read the menu while waiting so you get early peek on whats available and preorder your selection. You think this $100 will pay for your meal. But you are wrong. You still have to pay for your meal. So what did you actually bought for $100? The privilege to read the menu.
The kind and generous folks at Webnovel is asking you for 500 ss for seeing 5 chapter titles. You pay again to unlock these chapters. I was fooled. Don't be me.

After that every day you get your normal shedule of chapters like everyone else just that you are 50 chaps further
Privileged (one month than it expires) chapter 1 - 50 and after that chap 51 after that 52 and so on
Non privileged: chapter 1 than chap 2 than chap 3 (deppends on the shedule)
And! If you buy it you get that 50 chapter further ahead ONCE! after that it dosnt matter if you buy it again you dont get more chapters ahead than that 50 you already have

Privilege wow 2500 spirit stones for 50 chapters. That is 50 spirit stones per a chapter 5x the price for chapter that cost 10 spirit stones. For a chapter that cost 5 spirit stones that is 10x the price. For a chapter that cost 3 spirit stones that is 15x the price for a chapter. That is not even counting to you got to unlock each chapter 2 times as of now i hope that is fixed. Right now as it stand 5x 10X and 15X is way to high i could see it working for 2x. Privilege right now as i stand cost 0.99 for each chapter on kindle or amazon i can buy cheap books at that price.

They bring back the monthly subscription read anything on webnovel for a 1 time free of 30 or 40 a month except the privileges chapters that cost 20-30 spirit stones. Sounds like a decent deal to me.
So i payed 100ss for privilege test scam. What is that for again. I would like to know. And i want my ss back. 
They just recently added a thing where say a novel has 500 chapter and the last 20 are future chapter that you pay extra to unlock it is like 100 ss for 2 chapters but you got to pay the reg amount too
