Already read privileged chapters are counted in new privilege purchase. I paid for a privilege package and didn't get anything in return. I want a refund. That's a rip-off.

I get an error -12007 or something along a server error when I access new privileged chapters. I bought another 5 with 250ss so I am confused
I demand the same refund or access to the 50 advance chapters not from last month!!
If qidian releases the 50 advance chapters for this month everything is fine, if not then I am going to talk with my legal representation.
Same problem faced by me. I had read the privilege chapters by purchasing ss. Now when I want to read the new chapters the ss spent now have only been used for previous privilege

You are paying to be reading +XX chapters head of others. So, yes, you will get the same pool of chapters when you pay for Privilege again. As a result, you will get to unlock the new chapters ahead of others when they are released.
It's quite impossible to give you +50 new chapters every month on top of the initial 50 + normal release rates.
Please read the fine print.
We r trying to pay for the next set of privileged chapters right. Then y again go to the previous ones which we paid and unlocked already

krisiri You don't pay the Privilege fee in the new month for a new set of advance chapters. You pay to extend the Privilege period from the previous month. So yes, you will still get the same set of advance chapters from the previous month.
Your privilege access gives you the privilege to unlock X chapters ahead from non-privileged readers. And that continues in the new month if you keep extending your privilege access period.
Example:
Say you bought the privilege to access 50 advance chapters for book A last month.
The regular release for non-privileged readers for book A is at chapter 350. Because of your privilege access for 50 advance chapters, you could unlock the advance chapters for book A up until chapter 400.
From this point on, everytime the translator of book A releases a chapter for the privileged readers, non-privileged readers will also get a chapter from the regular release. This means when the translator releases chapter 401 for the privileged readers of book A, the non-privileged readers of book a get to unlock chapter 351. Chapter 402 for privileged readers = chapter 352 for non-privileged readers. And so on.
When your privilege period expired at the end of last month and you decided to extend it by paying the Privilege fee for the same tier (in this example, the 50 advance chapters tier) again in the new month, it doesn't mean that you will get another set of 50 advance chapters which will make you read up to chapter 452. No, it only means that you will continue from where you left off, so in this example, from chapter 402. You are still reading 50 chapters ahead from the non-privileged readers.
That's how the Privilege program works. Hope that clears it up for you even just a bit.

Doesn't make sense to charge for the full amount again just to be where you were. Would it not be better to have the price reduced as you have previously read all of the chapters and paid for it?

I purchased 50 chapters the highest privilege. I had read all the chapters till yesterday. Today when I tried to unlock the new chapters, it said that I need to unlock using privilege. I tried using 250ss and what was unlocked was the previous month's privilege.
