There doesn't seem to be a list. You just have to go to the Explore tab and browse through each novel there. You should be able to see on the novel's main page if the novel is included in the free reading event.

Yes, what is happening with the Desktop? I wasn't aware of the limited free event and don't have the Android app currently installed. I read the latest couple chapters of Library of Heaven Path yesterday on the Desktop, and paid SS for it (no real complaints about that.) However, today when I checked Library of Heaven Path, I find that the 2-3 chapters I read yesterday (and paid for, unless something was happening behind my back) are locked again!
As I said, I'm not complaining about paying the SS - I realize it may be tough to offer the events on all platforms - but the chapters shouldn't be locked now if I did pay for it!
