Well frankly, I dunno how this works here and if there's any hope for this but I will try.
I didn't find the time to book here as well.
it's about a guy who has two identities (also look different due to his power). He grew up in the slums in the past (unbeknownst to others) and obtained a huge power (golden lightning or similar stuff) in which he can transform in his alter ego that is quite popular or known. Known for charming ladies and married woman holding the husband as "cuckold". the His other (real) is identity is a young guy who goes to an academy and has black hair (his other one has blonde I think). He's also quite rich. Sth happens when he rescues someone, not sure anymore, anyway sth happened when he went to the slums I think. An occurrence with his golden power and by that people started investigating.
I think Main character is called Zion,his other name (transformed into a man with blond hair) might be called Kira can't remember though.
Can anyone put a name to it? I Google with this alot but haven't found anything
