you aren't the only one. i struggled with it too, but if you create the story under "novel" instead of "fanfic" in inkstone then you'll have the option to participate in the Naruto FF contest. weird i know. but that's how I was able to get mine on.
softee , I tried selecting novel but I still can't choose a contest, it only shows 'undefined' and sometimes it shows writing prompt contests but no naruto

hmm... when you create the story, your novel GENRE must be ACG i think. If you don't put ACG, it will only allow for the biweekly writing contests. Since Naruto is FF, you have to select ACG and then you'll see the option to participate
