I have made several purchases for the 2.99 package deal of 150+75 stones. And I just realized that after I buy a chapter I’m down to 154. Now let’s do that math. 150 + 75 = 225 correct. Then why do I only have 154 after I buy that package deal and purchase a chapter? I should have 212! I read my WEBTOON off my IOS and I have my bank statements to confirm my start date of purchase up until now which again fall under the promotional offer of 2.99 for 150+75. Please explain what’s going on. I should be able to read 16 chapter and I’m only getting to read 11. I feel I’m getting robbed. Let me know if you need any information or proof from me at which I will provide anything you need

First thing I recommend is to check your deposit history/consumption.

Are you sure there aren't any anomaly's?

If you are 100% then you can probably talk to a staff/dev.
