To everyone that purchase ss by appstore/ios, i recommend after 1x24 hours still no ss just initiate refund to apple (as how to do it, there is google) after my case above seeing the service won't cooperate, i refunded my money just before they said to me to just refund it, not even 1x12 hours got my money back

Is it resolved yet? I failed one purchase and then i reported to them yet after taking so long time i decided to buy another one, soon after i got email that my failed purchase has been delivered but my ss didn’t go up, i assume they shamelessly claiming my newly purchased ss is the failed one, i fking paid one pack for twice the price

Anyone can help me, i bought 500 ss yesterday, my store credit (ios) reduced but i didn't receive the ss, until now, then 2 hours ago i top up another store credit then bought another 500 ss, not long ago i got email from service@webnovel they claim that my 500 ss has been delivered, but my ss didn't go up and on the history still nothing other than i just bought... it should've been 2 500 ss purchase if they really deliver it...
