I don’t mind the fact that I would have to watch and add or pay spirit stones what I’m wondering is will it make the newest chapter that you haven’t unlocked be free for example I just used 12 spirit stones which I got from daily check in to unlock a chapter of immortal mortal so I could only unlock one, will the chapter I unlocked become free or will it be the one after the chapter I unlocked?

    Its a double edged sword. Same with patreon chapters. The chapter you paid for is going to be free, so you are going to wait an extra day for a new chapter, or you buy more chapters to read. So unless you are really thirsty for a new chapter, or the cliffhanger is just too cruel, i wouldn't do it.

      I'm posting here to inform you, I do not know as I don't read any of the stories that have premium chapters~

        Positive_Lullaby I was expecting this to be the case, it’s a shame really the concept of spirit stones is now completely pointless unless you keep purchasing them or saving them up but if you aren’t spending money you’re going to have to wait a long time for the free chapters to catch up, seems like if your not up for paying don’t bother going on the website for a month and then binge read if you can wait that long :(

        Edit: thinking about it I suppose you could still use them on the novels that’s aren’t premium.

            BCT a clearly written post would have saved all this guesswork and confusion. this very essential and common sense business practice seems alien to QI corporate culture. program being "beta" does not change this.
