Though I did just clear my cache of downloaded stories.
Any reason why this would happen?

ReachZhaiTW No, I'm not sure if it happened other times and I'm not noticing. I've since cleared my download catch again and it didn't happen that time. I was just annoyed the other day when 5 library stories just started downloading, it slowed down the app and was annoying.
ReachZhaiTW Can you let us [android] export the app onto our MicroSD card? It really does get huge if you read a lot. A lot of your users have been here for years now so they have a lot of data cache.

AdamNics btw how u know ut is download cache (chapter) again? I think we have no sign which chapter download ed. I think there are cache personal information(login, id) and cache chapter.
ReachZhaiTW can u add sign which one downloaded chapter and which not?

Idk this is relevan or not but for opening settings or display in chapter. Please make it double tap coz sometime i make gesture(drag click) but fail it make tap(click) then accident click scroll page and make my read lost. Well it happen a lot

Well, not talking about chapters but books.
When you download a book, on reading menu there is a downloading cloud symbol that appears with a download percentage.
When I went on to reading after clearing cache, 6 or more of those symbols appeared at 0%.
My app is being janky and slow atm, so I'm gonna reinstall it.

Ouh thanks for Reply . Sometime i did airplane mode if i want read. First things make sure novel add in ur library. Download then airplane mode.
Idk but try close app after clean cache and referesh ur phone. Then start app again i hope it work
Better dont uninstal it check ur Webnovel app then clear data(setting app redmi 4a have Choice force stop, uninstal, clear data). . Coz if u uninstal u need download again xD.
