My inbox alert will not go away, even after opening the inbox to check for new messages. It is always showing that I have 2 new messages, even though there are none.

Please just delete my entire message history and resolve the problem.

    Does it still stay after you clicked on the "Mark All As Read" checkmark to the right of the word "Notifications"?

      There is no "mark all as read" option on the PC (Web) interface.

      However, problem has been solved. It was indeed "notifications" and I just did not look there.
