Honestly, this issue doesn't fit with any of the tags and with the desire to keep this thread sensible, I chose the 'Report Bugs' tag.

The novel's reviews I'm talking about is 'Alchemy Emperor of the Divine Dao'

I was informed about this over discord but it seems there is a spambot on the loose that doesn't even try to hide it. After further 'investigation', it seems that this spambot isn't the only spam review. There are various other spam reviews on the abovementioned novel.

I realise that this is probably one of many novels to suffer from this kind of thing but hopefully you could perhaps ban this user and work on making sure that each user can only write one review, but being allowed to edit their review afterwards.

        Thank you for your feedback :) I have contacted our website administrator to ban this user. Honestly, we don't have an automatic program to find this kind of spam users which we will do it in the future. As for only one review for a book, the is a product feature which is beyond my scope of authority, I will take it to our product manager for further discussion.

        dapenggaofei Glad to see Webnovel is jumping on one of the issues we bring up. It is nice to feel listened to once and a while. I second his recommendations for allowing one, editable review. Thanks, again for addressing this.
