uPedrou Hi, the novel in question has been banned due to the plagiarism issue. I'm afraid you won't be getting your SS back from WN. The author was the one who's guilty of the first substantial breach of contract with WN. I'm not a lawyer, so take it with a grain of salt, but my common sense says, if you really want your money back (if your spent SS on this novel were paid ones), then you should probably sue the author.
