Make sure you are logged in, occasionally it will log you out for no reason which will lock the chapters. If thats not the problem then i cant help.

        I was logged in... all my novels were present... but the chapters of the novel was locked. (I unlocked one chapter the day before)

                      I was reading the chapter on day 1 (I also unlocked it on day 1)
                      But the novel got updated on day 2... and the chapter from day 1 was locked T_T
                      so I had 2 unlock it again... so I could read the last lines...

                            Olivia how about try to see at histories of using SS? You can check what book you use to skip the ads.

                                at this rate, i think you're better off waiting for the chapters to be available for free or accept that the spirit stones you spent were wasted.
                                i don't think it costed you that many spirit stones to begin with, and if this bug happened again, let them know

                                It's happened to me a few times. It usually fixes itself by scrolling up to the previous chapter and back down. Refreshing the page might also work.

                                    I unlocked the chapter 198 of Super Gene most probably with watching ad on my phone, later the edited and posted the chapter again i think as the earlier version had para issues, now it doesn't atleast on my pc but (still has para issue on 197 in my phone) and my 198 is locked again ..... @shllove
