              That probably is the reason.

              They're aiming at an English reading market, but with a 2000 year history of being insular they probably believe people who speak English are all really Chinese but with this funny thing called freedom of speech. So everything goes, well everything that doesn't get caught by the ludicruous word-filter on inkstone.

              I'm from Sweden, and we're pretty rabid about freedom of speech, but there's stuff in the novels published here that would go under the axe back home as well.

                          xcares shits but i actually used it in replacement of apps. i was talking about those licensed app that costs a lot and only a single computer can contain that app-- not with two, three, or multiple.

                          and yeah, they develope too much that it's taxing for them to catch up. not to mention that they had been investing their time to fix their staffs, office, or whatnot.
