Cannot collect missed cards in The Kings Avatar ending party event. I says recollect for 5 SS but when clicked everything freezes. I have tried iOS app, mobile site and PC site but its same everywhere. Other people have also reported it but no action is taken.

Same here. Using iPhone 11 XS Max and iOS Up to date. Even after update of Webnovel App i still can’t collect them. The whole site where we can recollect them is like frozen. You can’t tap anything there nor even scrolling. It’s stupid if we lose the badge because of a bug.
I couldn’t recollect them on my iPad, but I tried on my computer and it worked
You need to use a computer to collect the card, cant use any mobile device.
I have the same problem, it won't work on my computer either.
Ok so I just got it, I clicked on the card that I needed (Day 12) then I clicked somewhere in the middle/left of the page (it looks like there is page active underneath the frozen page on top); there must have been some prompt to accept the SS payment on the active page underneath the frozen page. So i was finally able to recollect the missing card by randomly tapping around the page after selecting “5 SS to recollect”. If on phone try to position the missing card in the centre select recollect option and start tapping on the bottom right of the screen towards the left and after each row go up a little and start from right again. If on pc you can try the same of use tab and enter button. i reclaimed two cards on my phone by just tapping on the screen. And thanks to @Bertie1 for suggestion.
