Ok so I just got it, I clicked on the card that I needed (Day 12) then I clicked somewhere in the middle/left of the page (it looks like there is page active underneath the frozen page on top); there must have been some prompt to accept the SS payment on the active page underneath the frozen page (I accomplished all this on my computer not my phone). I have the same problem, it won't work on my computer either.
I also have the same issue for day 12... it is like the screen freezes on top but is still scrolling in the background... I hope they fix it soon. Has anyone got their's to work?
The app keeps kicking me out, and when I attempt to sign in, the app platform looks like it is the website platform (like the web-platform is layered on top of the app— to be clear it does not redirect me outside of the app and into a browser, this all occurs in the app)— it won’t allow me to navigate; it just returns me back to the sign-in page in the app...
I am able to sign in using my safari browser as a work-around but it is more difficult to navigate.This issue happened the other day as well, and I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app; however, this is really annoying because my library gets out-of-order— I wish I could make groups in my library!!! Please fix this issue!!
