I can't access the paragraph comments to someone else's reply. As in, if someone replies to me in the paragraph comments, I can't answer nor even see the comment there. It just says "Something went wrong, try again"

Sovereign_of_Books Yeah.. everyone’s experiencing the same. It seems like it’s a bug that began after the update. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon. :(

yansusustories author’s are definitely missing out on paragraph comments if they can’t see them. I’ve seen and made plenty of typo/grammar corrections and suggestions using them. Makes more sense to use a paragraph comment for that than using the end of chapter comments, since the author or editor would only have to look at that particular paragraph

And Paragraph comments are viewable for authors, on the authors tab. So yes authors can see the paragraph comment corrections.

So, where can you see them? If I'm on browser, which I would prefer for the convenience of typing out responses, I can't find a "paragraph comments" button. Where is it? Help!
Tvrkm i don't think it's on browser, it might only be on the app since it's easier to control.

I think a problem occurred with the paragraph comments again. Since the last 2-3 days, I have not been able to view my full paragraph comments, which other have replied to.
When I try clicking on my paragraph comment in their reply through notifications, the pop-up of the "Paragraph comments" shows that it is loading. But does not load even after waiting for 5-10mins. (i tried refreshing the web page, logging out and logging back in but nothing changed)
I am accessing the comments through the webnovel site, using a PC.
This problem only started since recently (over the last 2-3 days); it was working fine prior to that.
same problem as the last guy, i even checked older comments from 6 months ago and besides the chapter comments, nothing else...

dapenggaofei In the pc, if we get a notification for a reply to our review, it doesn't load when we click it. It just keeps spinning and fails to load the specific review.

Checked mine just now, it seems to be working now. (the pop-up of the "Paragraph comments" loads up properly, for me)

Hi there!
I have been having an issue with not seeing paragraph comments. I can see them on my author website but it simply easier for me to do that when I read the novel so I can check which paragraph it is and write quick replies. Thing is I cannot see those comments on the chapter page, only the end chapter comments. Can someone help me here?
