Newly updated version of the IOS APP does not work on IOS 9.3.6. The App shuts down seconds after starting it and deleting the App and downloading the App again doesnt fix the problem.

on the version of Android, I have the same problem shutting down after a few seconds so it's not only ios problem

Tried with iPad Air and iOS 13.3 - all works fine.
iPad 2 with iOS 9.3.6 - app instantly closes itself after launch.
It seems the issue is in "old" devices. No one really wants to support them now.
That's a pity, I really liked to read with iPad 2 - there is no fighting for it at home, it's too old to run games, etc. So I can take it any time to read, and it always is free.
Reading this problem of the new updates i dont feel like updating it to new version....
In this version the coins which I earn by reading at a certain time limit are not credited to account! It just goes waste?

same prob for ios but all you need to do is update ur iOS to the latest version and it'll work just fine

Dovah i cant update my ios bc i still own a iphone 4s wich doesnt get updated anymore and in the appstore the discribtion of the app tells us 9.0 or later ios is supported. Seems like i have to wait till i get my new phone on christmas till i can read on my phone. :(

But it cleaned my acount on the Web to
I now have not profile data level (was L3)
No spirit stones and lost my 45 to 50 day check in streak. Please just roll back the update. And reset my acount as it was before the update.
@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL Any plans to fix the issue with iOS 9? Can we expect a fix in a few days?
Or change the description in AppStore that app supports iOS 9, so we didn't expect anything.
