So I'm an author on the platform and in the author section I get a lot of collections, but the number of those collections never gets translated into the collections shown on the novel.
Its a bit confusing but basically I'm confused if I am getting collections or not.
Can someone explain how the system works?

DutchChocolate Having the same glitch!! I keep notified I’m getting 12, 21, 37 collections every hour or two, but my actual collections haven’t gone up at all. There are other people having the same glitch as well, it’s so annoying!
The collections on the dashboard update after 24 hours, while the collection on the Stories page update every hour* or so, so there is a discrepancy. Also, while you are getting Collections, you are also losing some, so those as well.
- The Collections on the stories page take far less than an hour to update, maybe 5 or 10 minutes to update.
The most accurate collections is on the URL ending with /list (can't remember what it's called), the most accurate views is on the story page itself, and the Dashboard updates every day at about 10-11AM EST.
