Shows up as received on rewards page, but never showed up or registered deposited under fastpass deposited page! I’m missing 4 fast passes.

All of the fast pass and voucher buying codes show up as grey even though I’ve never bought one and have enough points for them. Help?
DutchChocolate Having the same glitch!! I keep notified I’m getting 12, 21, 37 collections every hour or two, but my actual collections haven’t gone up at all. There are other people having the same glitch as well, it’s so annoying!

Hi, I’m a new author here! Just started my novel today:
Title: “The Dragon Princess Will Stay Alive”
Synopsis: The dragon princess was a girl who lived her entire life inside the castle. When chaos broke out and her mother ran away with her, she was barely eleven years old, a child with no hunting skills and few survival instincts. Alone, in the cold, in the ice, in the desolate snow. Weeks pass, months pass. Their food has run out, they’ve been captured by enemies, her sister won’t wake up. They’ve been abandoned. They’re been forgotten about, and she’s going to die a pitiful death in a cell like this, lost to the world that knew her. A fully grown dragon is around 150 years old, and dragons can’t have children until they’re closer to 300. But this is where her life ends, as a child dragon who will never grow up. No, she can’t die like this. She refuses to die like this! The abandoned dragon princess will stay alive!!!
