It specifically said in the app "Claim your Coins Rewards" for Reading Time but when I claimed them, the 60 coins did not load in my account. Could you please look into this?

Reading Time Coins Rewards
They changed reading time to gift exp instead. Very deceiving, the coins and exp symbols are very similar. I hate this change, can only get coins by spending money now.

RealityIce Then they are misleading their patrons! It is very clear in the app that we're supposed to get coins, and not points/exp, after achieving the required reading time but they will give you a different award after claiming it?!? They should have corrected the platform first before implementing this to manage our expectations! Also, they should have explained clearly the new mechanics. What crappy way of managing this app and dissemination of information.
