Pursuing Immortality is such a good novel and is one of the better novels on the site, it had a solid following and even to this day (almost a year after they stopped translating) there are still people commenting on the last chapter asking when they will resume translating. I don't know why it was dropped but it was one of my favorite novels and I feel like now would be a good time to resume translation since it seems like all the newer novels just keep getting worse. Its time to bring back some quality to the site! Please bring it back! :D

It was such a great novel. It’s not perfect, but it certainly didn’t deserve to be thrown aside to pave the way for other trashy novels (not including the newer good ones). The 4 main characters were well defined with interesting and engaging personalities. There goes not a week where random scenes in the novel don’t pop into my mind out of nowhere. It hurts my stomach to think of all the chapters that Pursuing Immortality could of had, IF it wasn’t suddenly dropped. So please bring it back!

Pursuing Immortality is one of my favorite novels on this site and I would love to see translation resumed. In abandoning great novels and just leaving the readers with nothing, this site encourages people to resort to machine translation or 3rd party translators (which would likely be DMCA'd, even though it's not being translated here).
Ultimately, it reflects incredibly poorly on Qidian as a site/company when novels are dropped like this with little to no communication with the reader base. The little info I've gleaned regarding the situation on this specific novel was from an editor comment in a different novel.
As some general feedback, maybe send out updates to users when a novel in their library is "dropped" with a simple explanation/potential future plans.

Yes. QI is translating some really terrible novels but has stopped some pretty good novels like this one.

I to hope to see something said and done about this novel. even if you can come out and say other translators are free to pick this up so us readers can enjoy it
