I have read book a lot. More than 600 minutes weekly but no changes on my coins after i claim the bonus. Eventhough it stated 10coins reward on certain minutes rank.

As mentioned above, coins are no longer rewarded for reading time. You instead get points. They are not the same thing. Points are used to get vouchers.
