Might want to be careful there was a special fast pass offer for 500 points, regularly they are 2000. Might be trying to buy the latter.
If you do have the right amount, might be a network error, am noting the hop right before webnovel server is rather flaky.

it's out of stock. It says 0/3000 and expires on 2020.03.31, so you have to either buy the 5k worth fast pass or wait for the restock in April
