I love lavender tea so much
I mildly sunburned my writing and face today while hiking. But I got that precious boba today- One Ovaltine malt slush at one of my current fav local owned shops Bobateaque. REally hits the damn spot after baking under the sun hiking at high elevations.
Then bc that's not enough I got another drink at another shop later (it's summer and Sunday ok!), not my fav shop at very local, friendly and convenient. I ordered the Serenitea - a jasmine green tea with fruit bits and flavors for a refreshing cool. (lol or so they say sip sip)
Gosh, it’s so hot today! I was so lazy to make my own tea I ended up just ordering it for delivery while waiting for my parcel on the porch. A matcha latte and a roselle tea. Yum.
I drank today - currant tea, then grapefruit tea, after boiling water, rose hips, chamomile. But the most delicious thing was plain mineral water. I drank 3 liters of water. Self-isolation. But after five days the quarantine is weakened. Begins picking cotton and begins admitting applicants. I hope there will be no flash again later ?!
It's been ten thousand years and I need tea so bad.
Heeeeeatwave
I have had boba tea once in my life. Although I don't know what flavor or type it was, I really loved it. Since then I've never had boba tea cause there are no shops selling it. During this lockdown I saw many recipes for Boba tea but I feel too lazy to make it myself. Maybe I'll try to gather the remnants of my energy to make it.
500th post! Unfortunately no tea today. Been drinking water to cleanse away all the sugar I’ve been intaking lately.
I drink tea with currants. With sourness. Good for digesting food. It's colder, now it's tea time.
I need a soothing tea to calm my overworked nerves.
texascann Haven't heard of it. But, if it is the honey from the hibiscus, I've tried it. Mildly sweet.
I've got a weird taste when it comes to tea. I love Mangosteen Tea, Peach tea., Its always super fruity
Peach tea is a favorite around here in the summer!
texascann Yes!! Finally someone who understands my tea
Hello, tea thread! How y’all doin’? It’s been a hot minute.
Today’s tea is a hibiscus mint cold brew that I got from Coffee Bean’s seasonal menu. What? Summer’s over? Pshaw! It’s summer all year ‘round in my corner of the blue planet. –3–
P.S: it tastes like sweet toothpaste. I’m not complaining. owo
Summer is gone, coolness has come. Time to drink tea.
Now I drink rose hips and tea made from dried figs with peach leaves. Sometimes I add crystal sugar to it.
Instead of coffee I drink rooibash with lemon additions.

Gourmet_DAO rose hips plus chrysanthemum and dried jujube and rock sugar is also nice for early autumn.
Wulin_Jianghu Yes, it is good to eat and drink in summer - foods with a cold essence, and in cold seasons with a hot one. Chinese wisdom of healthy eating. Our colleague from Chengdu talked about this last year, treated us to chrysanthemum tea :)
Gourmet_DAO What is rooibash, please.
