Hi. I'm writing a new novel and update it everyday and of course check its status everyday as well. Suddenly the collections I receive tone down. I checked it under New if it was still in the top 15.
But just today, I found out that I can't see my novel in the ranking anymore. Even in the entire ranking.
I chat my sister and she can't see it in her app as well. I just got curious and bothered. Since it was my novel. How people would know about it, read it if they can't see it.
The power stones are enough to put it atleast in top 15 (under new) So I was really bothered if my novel really disappeared. But I can still see it in my library and whenever I searched for it specifically.
So I'm wondering if it's just me or it happens to anyone for one day and be back to normal again. Or something happened. Like system glitch. Not sure.
I'm also not sure how to contact webnovel for that. Or maybe I'm just too paranoid. But it is my novel. Any writer will feel that. I really appreciate someone who will answer me. Thank you in advance.
