Is there a collections bug rn?
There are some times where my collections go up with no notification and then now I'm getting a massive influx of collections (40+ in last 2 hours) but my collections barely change so it really throws me off I've been sitting at 97 for like few hours but I've also gotten a collections notification for 18, 8, 2, 1, and a 3 but they don't show up on my total. And it is even harder to check since inkstone is bugged

Anyone else have this issue?

    Slewis I checked my dashboard like every time I woke up and before I sleep and whenever I update as well. Since yesterday night, my collections gone to zero. Even the others like reading rates, valid reads are zero. It is probably system glitch.

    I am confused as well what is the right number for my collection. Like the number in my inkstone and the daily report (if you added) is not the same.

        Avalondra if I add mine all up it's well past 100 x.x but I'm at 97 on the app under the write tab </3 and 0 on inkstone

        I basically fan girl danced seeing the + 18 collections in one notification only for them not to show up

            Avalondra I'm already at 74 since the stat reset on Sunday and yeah it sucks I hope they fix soon so I can properly stalk my stats lol

              I have raised this issue so many times 😩😵

              I should be very well above 200 colls already but I'm still stuck at 196 since soooo many days. The total is not updated wrt to our notifications. One thing I know is that my coll stat is way above 196.

              And everybody say that ppl may have added and dropped my story. I'm so tired of hearing that. 😒 I have explained so many times that that is not the issue! C'mmon! Yeah there were 1 or 2 who dropped occasionally but if I get 12 notifications and there is no reflection in count, does that mean all Twelve ppl just added and dropped?

              Some say that it takes time to update. No it doesn't, because I started my novel in Nov-19 and I didn't face any of the above issue till December mid I guess. Then I noticed the bug. Many authors are facing this as well but I don't know why this particular issue is being ignored.

              For new authors like me, the collections count is really important. Some authors have just learned to ignore. But I cannot.

              I opened a thread too myself. I tagged WN official but apart from asking back one time they didn't do anything. No action.

              WN team atleast now do something about it. Fix the bug so that by next update, it automatically shows our corrected, actual count.

                    enthu_reader yeah I actually look forward to it, the more collections you have the higher up on the chart you are and the more likely people are tempted to read your story.
                    Effectively this bug is costing us viewers and potential collections

                    And yeah I agree I got 40 in 2 hours and my stat didn't change, I can understand even half of that but your telling me not one of those 40 kept my book?

                    Hell one of my collections was for 18!!! Did all 18 add me to their library and take me off in time for me to get a notification saying 18? Like hot 18 added up in 2, 1, 3 ect but a solid 18. Like no its freaking bugged.

                      Do you have line? I legit in the middle of thos got another collection for 22!!!! And I still didn't change. Like wtf at this point I'm almost at 160 and my collections only show in the 90's still.

                        enthu_reader true. I am new writer as well. Kinda suck seeing that. Each collections important as we have goals.

                        @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL please fix it. Can we still see the exact amount of collections we have or it will go back to the amount we have before before it gone wrong?

                          Ehe, I wish I had enough to care, but I know how important collections are. I would like to speak on the matter, but I can't talk about something I don't know.
                          Almost one year on Webnovel and my books have less than 10 collections, less than 50 in total.

                            I'm going to bump this thread and say I have the same problem. I have around 9 collections since I started to publish around this year yet it shows 0 on the dashboard.

                            I hope this can be fixed soon

                              Google pays 390$ reliably. My last paycheck was $55000 working 10 hours out of consistently on the web. My increasingly youthful kinfolk mate has been averaging 20k all through continuous months and he works around 24 hours reliably. I can't trust how direct it was once I attempted it out.
