I have 3k and more points but I can't spend it on the so called market. Even though there is an option and I can buy it with my points... the purchase button is greyed out.
Can't use the points that i get from reading.

The store items have a limit. Right now those items that are priced below 3k are sold out (the counter is at 0/3000).
Either farm 2k more points to buy the 3 passes for 5k one or wait for the store to reset (probably in April).
