On desktop: hover over profile icon > settings > email address > edit > follow instructions.
On app: click username on profile > edit profile > email address > follow instructions.

      I think it's best if you'd just send an e-mail to service@webnovel.com. They usually respond within 2-3 business days, but you'd probably need to send them some kind of proof that the account indeed belongs to you.
