It's because it's out of stock. READ CAREFULLY! 0/3000 means that there are ZERO ITEMS left out of a THREE THOUSAND STOCK. If the item is gray, it's either because it's out of stock, or you can't afford it. Not a bug.

I'm sorry but when I tried purchasing it, it was not out of stock as it didn't show the 0/3000 but rather something like 2676/3000 and I also had enough to buy it but it still wouldn't work. I just wanted to ask what I can do or how it worked. And thank you for your reply
