Lilliny hopefully this is a naive 19 year old college student, but yeah, it's dumb to admit if you're under 18 creating 18+ content.
And ummm... as a very responsible adult, I should say, "you should be ashamed of yourself for writing content you're not even supposed to read"

Kiikuro_Shichigo Today's my birthday wow! Well, since you're turning 18 tomorrow, I'm assuming you're telling the truth here then there's no point of this thread, because you can.. hmm how do I put this? Wait to turn 18 tomorrow.
Waiting shouldn't be an issue for you because, as you stated before in another thread, you've already been sitting on this egg for a month.
But still... openly admitting that you've been writing pornographic content while still a minor might just get you banned.
Goddamn kids are so dumb LMAO.

Kiikuro_Shichigo You're almost an adult, and you're embarrassed about something you've produced? Something other strangers like so much, that you've been given the opportunity to make money? I'd tell my parents because I would be proud of that. You've achieved something good with your hard work. That's nothing to be embarrassed about.
I'm just kinda confused about the urgency of this post. If a minor needs a parental signature, and you know you turn 18 tomorrow, why now wait until tomorrow? Is there a window on when you can sign a WN contract or something.

Lilliny ahh, yea, that was why I posted, I just thought that even if I turn 18 tomorrow, I will still need my parent's consent. Anyway, thanks. I'm having second thoughts bout' doin' this earlier, but I think I'll do it. Need to be proud, right?

          Kiikuro_Shichigo U GO PERSON!
Life pro tip: Once you turn 18 (or whatever age is a legal adult in your country/territory), you tend to not need parental/guardian signatures. Because you're an adult.

Lilliny I can't actually find anything that supports that it is "very illegal"
The closest I can find that seems to match the parameters of written explicit language by a minor would fall under sexting which is not illegal unless there is unpermitted redistribution or images of the minor. So I think this falls solidly in very grey legal area.

Upon further research, it seems that the age for web access to a site with obscene content is 17, but distribution of ALL obscenities is illegal, so the writing of such is probably fine, but the hosting is illegal. As such all major pornography distributors should have their pants sued on. Anyways, there's a lot of information which I may be misinterpreting, but IANAL. https://www.justice.gov/criminal-ceos/citizens-guide-us-federal-law-obscenity
