So turns out if you want to "Send Feedback" in the help center you have to "validate your email address" which basically means sending a code to your email to type into on the app to validate it, however having done so it merely refreshed the app with the same screen and wanted me to send the code again. So I did. I pressed "request new code", but no new code was sent. Then I had to wait 60s to try again with still no result. I backed out of the screen assuming that I had just made a mistake and tried again to press Send Feedback, but it still just told me to validate my email. Can you see how WONDERFUL this loop is?! Just a teeny bit frustrated. Glad I found the forum though.
Feedback is broken
That doesn't sound good. It will help them fix the issue quicker if you provide the following information:
- User ID
- App version
- Device model
- OS version
And in the meantime, you can send your feedback to service@webnovel.com. That's exactly the e-mail address you would be directed to from the Send feedback feature in the help center, had it been working for you.
