So I have an account that I have used on here for years. I signed in with my email...had a subscription on that account. Now that option is gone and when I sign in with my google account, a new account was created and everything is gone. How do I get back to my old account!?!?

Matthew_Ryan_9598 Funny thing for me is I use fb login to sign on here but I can also use the same email for another account. So I have 2 accounts linked to one email. Though one is through fb and the other is through Google. Would of never talked about this if I didn't stumble cross your post cuz I too wonder what would happen to my saved novels if I deleted fb.

I heard about that same scenario with my friend. You need two devices to do this and make an email you can use temporarily to start and finish this problem.

What you can do is this:

      1. Make that temporary e-mail.
      2. Open the two accounts in different devices. (If you can still miraculously open it)
      3. Change the email of the account you aren't going to use by filing it in with the temporary e-mail.
      4. Change the email of the account you are going to permanently use into your official e-mail.
      5. You will receive a verification code if you change e-mail. Type it in? I can't remember it exactly πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…
      6. Done. (If I remember correctly)

I kept this in my mind in case this also happens to me. She was able to do it because she changed phones, luckily her old phone had been left to be stocked but she realized her previous webnovel was also synced there. When she downloaded webnovel again after a few months (she was so shocked with the changes of webnovel's interface), that same issue popped up when she signed in, so she used her old phone and her new phone to fix it like in the steps, hopefully I remembered it correctly 🀞🀞🀞
Hope I was able to help.
      P. S. Take note future self, of this tip.
      P. P. S. I screenshots this πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

      you've been goosed

Cantiara It seems to be a bug affecting iPads after the latest update, 4.4.0. Someone mentioned they had it on the iPad Mini. Don't know if the OP here has the same device. I have it on an iPad Air 2 with iOS 13.2.3.

Now, the thing is that there's an Update available for the iPad that will bring it to iPadOS 13.4, and I will be updating to that and then see if it is the device or the iOS version, that causes the problem.
