My novel, This Crazy Rich Boy, has gone Premium, with now a few locked chapters.
I'm new to this thing and I don't really know if there are things I must do to maximize its premiumness. I would be grateful for any tips coming from some of the seasoned/experienced authors out here who may now be earning thousands of bucks.:)

Congratulations. From the editors advice, I think it's pretty clear that you don't miss a daily update of 1.5k min words. Even if the day is Christmas. Every day needs an update. Meaning you'll be posting 365 chapters in a year. Do that and you should be fine. Any other questions are best directed to your editor.
I don't earn thousands of bucks or am anything close to experienced, but just maintain the consistency and update a lot. The more you update, the more money you get
