Savage_mochi did you subscribe the current membership(which the benefit only have coins)? You can check at your google play apps and website, if still none, you can directly email WN or
go to wn apps > your profile > help center > directly click the "Online Customer Service". Tell the issue in there.

Umm hello, I have monthly membership subscription and I want to cancel it so I went to subscriptions in Google play and it showed that I have no subscriptions. Idk how it works but I think my monthly subscription expired if that's a thing. Anyway I got a SMS telling me that I paid 15,99 € for digital stuff, and I got around 700 coins in webnovel that I didn't ask for. Well at the end of it all I want to just cancel my membership, and idk if it's canceled or not, and if it isn't I don't know how to cancel it. I would appreciate if anyone knows anything about this.

on the computer click your icon and click the membership thing....then it has a pop up and at the bottom of it there is a click here to manage your subscription ...it will take you to a page that has a option to cancel your subscription.....the typing is small and also includes details of the membership ect ....the click here should be blue
