The book I'm reading is updating but when I go to see the next chapter it goes to the count down page.Is there a glitch?

Vastreader I Am A Prodigy is getting chapters added to its Privilege stock and that's why you see it being updated by can't read the chapters. Readers can only read up-to chapter 111 currently.

I'm reading The Most Loving Marriage in History and since the issues yesterday, I can't access the chapters. It's currently showing 0 chapters in my library. What happened to my unlocked chapters? 
I have a question about purchases. But can’t find the ‘proper’ forum for the answer. If there’s a story with 100 chapters but currently only 70 are readable and it updates weekly. If i buy 5 chapters will the 76th be available at the update or do I have to wait for a month till it catches up?
