I have to pay for locked chapters twice when i reread novels. I know this because when i unlock the chapter it has been rated already. How do I get this fixed? This happens so far on certain novels. I have not finished any of the novels. I have contacted WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL . but got no response to my email.

    SLYWIN2 Early chapters of a lot of novels were locked a few weeks ago. You never unlocked them before. It's not a bug.
