Can you confirm that you didn't use the wrong account? If not, plz give something more about your problem, any screenshots will be better.

I created this account using the email option on a desktop computer. Signing in with email does not appear to be an option in the app. By using the three available options to sign in, it proceeds to ask for a username and does not allow me to use my own because it already exists due to the account I have already made. Rather than just allowing me to sign in, it is attempting to force me to make an entirely new account.

I rechecked that I have "sign in with email" option with my app, so what's the version of your app? you can find the version here: profile-->settings-->about webnovel-->version x.y.z

shllove I am not able to move anything or scroll. It is an LG L15G. A phone so terrible I received it for free.
