Hi there! This is actually not my issue but my friend’s. She just created an account in webnovel but she couldn’t connect to forum. It’s said there “code: validation_errordetail: The username has already been taken”.

Well, problem is my friend has already tried changing her username too but nothing happened, she still couldn’t connect. She also tried signing in via pc and phone, but none of them work. Then, I thought it was prolly her email validation but she said she had already done that (verifying her account) and it’s successful. So, later I tried helping her and log in to her account and yep! Can’t connect as well.

So, does anyone here know what is the issue? Cos I don’t have a clue therefore my friend is currently stuck 😅
