I'm seeing all these "customer novels" spamming chapters of phone numbers, and frankly, I'm getting tired of it. I don't know whether they're trolls or some dumb scam operation in india. But some of them are going at it for months now, so I'm assuming the latter. Can Webnovel do something about this?

why are there so many...If you look at all the author's books for each link you posted, each one has more than 10 books....and there all like how you say. can't we just report them?
if you just look up ¨customer care¨ it shows around 3838 results. I looked at another post 11 days ago and the results were around 2000. If you look at the first novel that pops up you can see in the comments that the people who were spamming and making who knows how many ¨custumer care¨ novels, were posting.......strang......
