Due to this, I wanted to make some suggestions for that Level 6 and 7 Privileges.
Ex.

  1. Increasing the power stones/energy stones/fast passes that we can receive daily by 1 for each level. (similar to format that occurred between levels 1-5)

  2. Creating a weekly/monthly survey, which would allow the users to:

    • write the name of a novel that they want to be picked up, along with the novel updates/original novel link (will help to identify some of the hidden gems/novels that did not get the attention they deserved)

    • pick/select one novel in webnovel which you hope, the translation is continued for (ex. Apocalypse Meltdown)

    • pick/select one post in the Webnovel.Forum which you found interesting/helpful/should be given more attention to (would help to increase the users interaction/awareness of the forms)

      The results of each survey would then be posted after a given time. (showing to the users transparency of webnovel)

  3. Allowing users to download/purchase, a PDF/HTML/Images of all the chapters. For the novels/comics/fan-fictions which they have completely unlocked.

I like your ideas, but WN appears to have abandoned the leveling mechanism. At the current rate, I'll be level 8 before any positive changes are made.

Now WebNovell probably has other tasks. And the levels are just like a label, your activity on the site, a small and pleasant little thing that warms your soul.

You did not notice that certain tasks are slowly disappearing from the assignment sheet. The tendency is probably that the site will become completely commercial (in a year or two - there is some likelihood that three free passes will go away and whoever has no money will not be able to open chapters). It would be a pity if that were true.

In our country there is no official conversion, so there is no way to transfer some amounts for the purchase of chapters. The bank simply will not carry out such a transaction. And the pay pal does not officially exist.

    Gourmet_DAO I feel their long term strategy, assuming they really have one, will be detrimental to their business. The novels are the foundation, but the comment communities were what added the spice. With translation schedule breakdowns, and privileged chapters, the communities die off.

    If novels I've spent money on are never going to be finished, I have much less incentive to give them any more of my shekels. That will only please the aggregators, as their ad-view revenue increases. Very short-sighted.

      Gourmet_DAO A bit more, the level stuff has been broken/abandoned for quite a while now, and is a trivial programming task. No one at the management level wants to expend energy on it, or it would already be solved. How hard is it to say FREE_PASSES=(LEVEL+1)/2 ?? Same for energy and power stones.
