When this happens, they usually reimburse us the missed fast passes. I wouldn't sweat it. But use the web interface.
Why fast pass is decreased from 3 to 1
I normally got 3. What i found not working is the count at your profile. It lagging behind on update count when u hv use the pass but still show the old count.
May be it's due to app update? It might be the new policy that is effective on the latest version of the app. Are you using the latest version?
I have also suffered from having the ability to make 3 fast passes a day to one, but it was purely the customer service advice that caused this for me, I was having a problem with the events page it wasn't that bad it just kept telling me to update the app but there is no update available so I contacted customer service and they told me to reinstall the app after I did so I seen that I wasn't making 3 fast passes a day so I contacted customer service and they told me that if you log out and log back into your account no matter what device you lose the ability to make 3 fast passes a day. This mext part wasn't clear but this is what I got, they even said they weren't gonna fix it but come out with another whole system for fast passes, but don't quote me they weren't that clear
I think there is some sort of decrease ;-; if anything, Webnovel has been giving out free 50 coins on TGIF via their social media accounts. It's not enough but something you guys can take advantage of

It doesn't seem to be a glitch. My guess is that it's a change they've made to get people to spend more money. If you log out then back in or maybe uninstall and reinstall then the changes take place. I'm about to quit this company if they don't fix it or come out with a new equivalent system. I detest greedy inconsiderate companies that only care about profits.
