Can anyone recommend me a good original with a smart hero? It would be better if it has a good science, like maths, physics, chemistry or medicine. And no lolies, harem, little sisters and so on. Good old romance or even without one.

Read THRONE OF MAGICAL ARCANA. A genius feat by the author, combining science and magic together ( basically, in the novel, amount of knowledge you have equals to the power you can wield). I am at 700 and definitely enjoyed it. It includes detailed description about how maths, physics, chemistry, biology etc can enhance magic. A must read for science enthusiasts. It isn't original, though.

I was reading “Release That Witch,” and it had some decent science in it. It’s one of the more popular and recommended books, so you should be able to easily find it. I’m not that far into it, so I can’t promise that he won’t turn his group of young women (all witches are young and female) into a harem. So far there has been more about basic science and engineering than lewd behavior.
Basically, he used the witches magic to create simple machines and advance the medieval technology into more modern tech (so far). From what I’ve read, it matches your description.

Dwarkin I have plan to connect it with science in terms of technology as the story goes on, it is currently on 21 chapters so we'll see if I can do it! hehe
Dwarkin You can check out Psychic Parasite. It is a sci-fi book. Most of the concepts in this book are based on the stuff available in our world. And yep, it has lots and lots of physics and mathematics (maths is subtle, you can't have mathematical calculations in the middle fo a story :P) affecting each phenomenon.
