Recently someone has attempted to poach me into another website through the comments section.
Can I delete this comment, or can I only report it?

Might be better to report it since that way it would be brought to webnovel's attention. And if you want, delete the comment some time later.

Cosmosis Hi Cosmosis. It's as itsmetuba has suggested, might want to report the comment first for audit reasons.
Then, yes, you can delete any unwanted spam comments via the new boost feature.
This is also located on your novel page, when you go to add chapters. It's the Promote button.
You'll need to [Explore] on each chapter to trawl through the comments and delete one by one.
It's time consuming, but better than nothing.

It's best to take some consideration when about to hit the delete button on comments by real people who've given book related feedback. WN readers aren't shy in coming to this forum and ranting to everyone that their review or comment was deleted by author. Something to keep in mind.
