hi guys :) i'm kinda new on this app and am a bit confused about the chapter.0 transition which is the very first chapter in the books. i mean do the authors write this chapter or smth?

Can you give an example of a novel where there is a chapter 0?
You mean the first page when you click into a novel? A small picture then a line of text before you read the first chapter?
That line is randomly chosen by the app. Only contracted authors can change it to their liking.

Then don't worry about it. All novels have it. It's not a chapter, it's a something webnovel has on all the novels.
The authors can write it, but a lot of times it's automatically made. If you read a novel it marks the date on which you added a novel to your library. That's all it does.
