ShivYansh - try contacting her tomorrow as the staff will be back to work. They are off on the weekends. Also, if she didn't reply immediately please wait patiently. All the content editors that I have met so far are helpful, polite, and kind. And they all have tons of work under their name.
Maybe she will take hours to reply to your message because her discord usually stays at 'do not disturb' mode but please wait patiently for her reply.
